I hope that you will find some Food for your mind, soul and belly! I Love breakfast foods, now I’ll be honest; my favorite time for a big hearty breakfast meal is at dinner. I love pancakes, Omelets, waffles and French toast but I don’t have the time to linger over such beautiful meal before work so I am typically a Shake/Smoothie gal (My favorites are just pages away!)
I do find that many of my friends and clients have a hard time getting up and going in the morning, that the tug to stay in bed is hard to fight somedays, I get it… I’ve been there too! But a yummy shake or meal coupled with some words of wisdom and a little journaling always get me going, and help me set my intention for the day. This has led me to be more productive and more giving of my time.
